How can I get a bankruptcy removed from my credit report?

I filed for bankruptcy in 2003. Earlier this year, I filed a dispute with all three credit bureaus for the bankruptcy and also another lien on my report. One credit bureau removed the lien but not the bankruptcy; another removed the bankruptcy but not the lien; and the third refused to remove anything. I was told that a credit bureau has 30 days to respond to your dispute or remove those things from your file.

Since one of them removed the bankruptcy, don’t the others have to also? Or do I just have to wait for the 7 or 10 years to go by and then have it removed?

How Soon Will a Person Be Audited After I Turn Them In?

The IRS received the information - appropriate form and a copy of the tax return - on Feb. 7th or so. I wondered how long it will be until this person receives a notice of audit.
He’s my current husband. I could not file with him because of not trusting his numbers. It’s between 12 and 28K of deductions that he many not have been due. Hope they get around to him soon.

How can I have someone’s money in my bank account and prove in case of a tax audit that it’s not my money?

My cousin is leaving to Mexico and asked me to keep his $10,000 until he comes back. I know theres a certain amount that if deposited to any account, the bank reports it to the IRS. How can I prove in case of an audit that I was just holding it for a while and it’s not my money; Or what would I have to do?
