Unfortunately if you don't have your undergrad degree in accounting, then you are not permitted to obtain the accounting masters with Auditing or Tax Emphasis. They will only give me a generic accounting masters. If I have to take the additional courses to qualify for an accounting undergrad, it is just cost prohibitive, and a lot more time. I am also planning on law school and want to become a tax attorney. My question is, do you think that future employers will accept my credentials as a tax lawyer with a CPA, or must I have that Auditing and Tax Emphasis masters?

A couple of months ago, I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and am planning to continue on to get my master’s degree in accounting.
